After 2 weeks the things that worked the best for me were turning the lights of when they weren't being used and unplugging my fan. For turning the lights of I did that every day. I didn't use my light in my room when it was sunny out or until i couldn't see. In my house the kitchen lights were the ones that were left on the most i turned them off a few times. The bathroom lights were on quite a bit
For unplugging my fan it was easier because it was in my room.
i saw it everyday and i unplugged it everyday except for 1 day when i woke up late. but other then that i did pretty good with it. I think it got me in the habit of doing that. I think that it is a really good habit to have. That is really what i did and thats all.
